Q. What do I get in the price of the castle?

You get a castle of your choice, a blower, extension lead, mats, pegs, free delivery in local areas, and set up safely and securely and picked up, taken down and packed away at an arranged time by one of our friendly reliable team.

Q. Do I have to set up and put away myself?

Not at all, we come set up and show you what to do in the unlikely event of an emergency. We come back and put away at your chosen time.

Q. How many children can I have on a castle and what age?

All castles have different requirements to suit the size of the individual castle, you will be told on set up how many children are allowed on at one time. We will always provide you with a castle that will suit your needs. For bigger parties we always recommend adult castle are used as adults are big kids themselves and like to have a bounce too and children's castles are not designed for adults!!

Q. Does the castle have to be plugged in?

Yes! we require a 13 amp socket to plug the unit in. The socket should be located no more than 40 metres from where the unit is to be sited. We always provide RCD circuit breakers. If you do not have power nearby we can provide you with a petrol blower or generator at an extra cost.

Q. Does the unit have to be set up on grass?

No .We can set up most of our inflatables indoors on a smooth level surface. However, certain units, because of their size and design can only be anchored to a grass surface. PLEASE NOT WE DO NOT HIRE ON TARMAC, ASTRO TURF, GRAVEL, ARTIFICIAL FAKE GRASS,CONCRETE or WOOD.

Q. Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes all our inflatables carry 5 million pound public liability cover. This covers the unit for any mishap that may occur due to the unit being faulty. IT DOES NOT COVER ACCIDENTS WHICH MAY OCCUR DUE TO HUMAN ERROR, MIS-USE OF THE UNIT, OR LACK OF PROPER SUPERVISION.IT IS DOWN TO YOU AS THE CUSTOMERTO MAKE SURE THE UNIT IS PROPERLY SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES AND THAT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE WE GIVE YOU ARE PROPERLY ADHERED TO IT, IT ALSO DOES NOT COVER YOUR EVENT UNLESS A MEMBER OF OUR STAFF IS THERE MANNING IT. WE RECOMMEND YOU CHECK WITH THE VENUE TO SEE IF THEY HAVE PUBLIC LIABILTY THAT COVERS INFLATABLES OR YOU CAN TAKE OUT INFLATABLE INSURANCE YOURSELF.

Q. Do you stay with the unit?

No once you are happy with the set up and safe operation of the equipment, our staff will leave you with it until they come to collect. We only stay with the unit if previously booked and paid for us to do so.

Q. Can the inflatable be used indoors?

Yes, all of our inflatables can be used indoors, subject to the sizes stated in their description. We ask that you make sure there is a 2ft space all around the unit to give it space to move and also allow access to all parts. PLEASE BE EXTRA CAREFUL ABOUT HEIGHT!! PLEASE NOTE IF WE ARRIVE AND THE CASTLE DOES NOT FIT THERE MAY STILL BE A CHARGE TO COVER FUEL AND WAGES EVEN IF THE CASTLE CANNOT BE SET UP, THIS ALSO APPLYS TO OURDOOR HIRES.

Q. How do I pay?

Payments should be made in cash to our delivery driver when the castle has been delivered. We accept cheques but these must be received 14 working days before your castle is delivered, Please contact us if you intend to pay by cheque. A receipt invoice will be issued upon request.

Q. I need to cancel the booking, How do I go about doing that?

We realise that situations can change very rapidly and not only because of the weather. All that we ask is that you call us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your booking if we cant answer the phone please leave us a message and we will call you back to confirm your cancellation. WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR CANCELLATIONS AS LONG AS WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN 24HRS NOTICE.WITHIN 24 HOURS HALF THE FINAL BILLL WILL BE DUE. IF WE HAVE ALREADY LEFT WITH YOUR CASTLE FULL PAYMENT WILL BE DUE.

Q. My party doesn't start until late afternoon, How long can I have the unit?

Our castle prices are for a hire period of up to 10 hours. Unfortunately it would be the same price even if you only need it for 2/3 hours as we cannot re- book it out again. We can supply units overnight at an extra cost, or for weekends or longer subject to availability and an agreed price, please contact us for further details.

Q. What if it rains on the day?

In the event of very bad weather or delivery team will call you the night before the booking to confirm you still want us to deliver. In cases of torrential rain/ high winds/ thunderstorms we will actually cancel the booking and phone you at the earliest possible time. This is done purely for safety reasons. We make no charge for cancelled bookings. If our typical English weather changes and you cancel in the morning but in the afternoon it clears up we may still be able to get the castle out to you in the afternoon if you still require it.

* It is your responsibility as the hirer to cancel or edit a booking, any booking that we attend that was not cancelled within 24hrs will occur a 50% charge, If we attend your hire and the unit does not fit or have a suitable surface it will occur 100% charge*
